SBI is a Fraud -CREDIT CARD ISSUE

I have lost my Ad-on SBI Credit Card on 25th Oct 2012 while i was travelling. After learning that my Card is being used without my knowledge i immediately on the same day (25th oct 2012) asked one of my relative to block my Card and also file a case for the disputed amount. As i was travelling and was facing Network issues. My Complaint No is 3060009904. The Primary/First Holder of the Card is my husband Mr.Aditya Chhabria.

After so many days of following up my husband received a call today (23rd Nov 2012) saying that refer to our case and after their investigation they have come to the conclusion that all the transactions done after the card is stole are online. To bring to your kind information that among the transactions one was from the Bharat Petroleum. How can one do online shopping for Petrol??? But without listening that representative hung up the phone stating that now we are closing your case.

Then we tried speaking to the Customer Care in Mumbai. All the representatives are speaking different stories. Some are saying that the transactions are online and some are not. We are not at all getting clarity on what is happening on the case.

After which i spoke on 1860-180-1290, the female representative told that our case is still in process and asked us to wait till 30th Nov 2012.

We are very confused as we are getting two different replies.
