The Complaint: –

I got a call for this SUPER SAVER PLUS PACK free gift from a SBI credit card executive. He sent a SMS transaction PIN number to confirm this offer and SBI Authority. According to SBI executive this transaction will be reflected on next credit card statement but not required to pay the amount as it will be adjusted to the reward points.

But this amount Rs 6399/- reflected on the statement and chagrining late payment penalties. Request you to refund the amount after required verification and canceling the transaction.
