cheated with me to sell a postpaid connection

Location/place: burdwan west bengal

Name of company/service: vodafone

vodafone committed me for a tariff having 30p/local call in 199 rental plan. bt when i m using this i found it charges extra 39 rs for promo i complained it 3times they told me it will b adjusted with next bill but it hasn’t adjusted yet. And more painful is that they now saying that i will have to change my bill plan to 225 to get that plan or else they will charge 50p/local call. so what about the commitment ?? and also guided to port out if i have problem with it. this guide given me a executive of vodafone store burdwan branch named mr.AMIT.

    We confirm to activate All Local @ 30ps (@ Rs.39) on your number, free of rental charges on July 17, 2013. Also, an amount of Rs 175.28/-(with taxes) will be credited to your account on July 18, 2013, for Rs 39/- Local promo charges levied in invoice, dated from April 17, 2013 to July 17, 2013 invoices.
