Dear Sir,
I am MADDURI SRINIVAS KUMAR had been withdraw Rs.5300/- from the SBH ATM Attapur branch, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh with dated of 03.05.2011.Some error occured on the screen (Transaction time out) amount not received.
But the amount has been deducted from my account.
Please do the needful and credit my amount as soon as possible.

Respected Sir/Madam
I am an account holder of SBI branch CUTTACK,ORISSA and I would like to inform you that there was an incorrect output in the balance statementfrom SBI account number 10861805739and SBI ATM card number 6220180005900113696 (Maestro) while withdrawing cash on 29-05-2011 from an axis bank ATM(Mohana Market,Haldia,W.B)And ATM id S1AC2611.I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 2000(TWO Thousand) from ATM at but I receive rs.2000 only but in SBI mini statemet ,it was showing the withdrawal of 4000 i.e(Rs.2000+Rs.2000). So I request you to look after this inconvenience and kindly help me get back the mentioned amount which was illegally deducted. I will be thankful to you if u do the same at the earliest.

Sir Please take necessary measures regarding this type of inconvenience so that further it is not repeated.
