Samsung TV Defective Product

Name of company/service: Samsung

I have been under the impression that Samsung is the leading producers of LED Monitors,
Samsung is the No.1 producers of TV’s.
I thought that Samsung is a reputed brand with excellent products & service back up.
Considering all these facts, I decided to use Samsung products from my office automation.
During the last fifteen days I have been facing a major problem with your service support team.
I will be pleased if take some time to look into my case.
Please see that I have purchased this LFD monitor and from the time I started using it it was blank,
I called your dealer, he said that I must only call the service toll free number, I lodged a complaint No; 8480060150 Date: 15th March 2013.
They sent a technician on 21st evaluated the unit and said there is SMPS problem, and they convinced me over phone (Mr. Pramod), that we will change this and there will be no problem and the Unit will work, and for this he said SAMSUNG will provide me 3 months additional extended warrantee.
Then on 28th MARCH 2013, the technician – Mr. Saravana Kumar came changed the SMPS but the monitor did not start, so he said that they will change the unit in full, latter Mr. Pramod from Delhi CC calls me and says it is problem with mother board, and this will be changed,
I told him very clearly that this is a new unit, why should I as a corporate customer accept your faulty product. I requested him to change the complete unit, but he has refused to do so.
I am till date unable to use this system, please understand my plight as a genuine customer.
I request you to take necessary steps to change this Monitor.
Please reply with in 24 hours to close this issue.
As I cannot wait any furthur that this, if I do not receive any favorable response I will be forced by you to approach this matter through the

and also I will not accept any exchange and I will claim for a TOTAL refund for the cost of the unit plus additionally for the harassment and all costs and expenses and loss of my business due to faulty and inferior products and failure to offer services.
