Food Processor not being repaired even after repeated requests for 23 days

I lodged a complain against food processor on 3/4/2013 under comp. no. 13040300106.The mechanic visited my place and took 2 jars on the assurance that he would replace these jars as the jars are faulty and the food processor is new.After that I rang them again and again and got the same reply that the jars would be replaced soon.Today i.e. on 26th april,I was told that they have recieved only one jar from their head office and for another jar, they will again contact their head office.They will resolve my complain when they will get the jars.23 days have passed now and no result.I bought food processor from a brandname on the hope of proper service but it seems that all the companies are same.they simply cheat their customers.Once goods are sold,nobody cares and a consumer is befooled on the name of warranty/guarnntee.
