Name of company/service: Samsung
Dear Sir,
I bought a samsung mobile Model No: E2152 of Rs 2,600 on 12/06/2011.
My phone went down on 20/05/2012.
It have some problems such as charging, auto-charging,, No power On, tourch not working. I visited to samsung authorized service center, Technocare, Sec-27 SH No. 2, FF Roopchand Market Noida-201301 on 21-05-1012 from that day to to till date (13-06-2012) service centre was unable to repair the phone and keep me saying for tomorrow n day after tomorrow.
What you suggest me in this case?
For such a bad behavior shall i get a extended warranty, or shall company is going to pay for for my inconvenience, money spend to go service center again and again.
Suggest me what to do.
