I Bought Reliance Neconnect+ 3.1mbps speed . may 9th 2012.( NO.9382864972). From date of purchase i met very low speed its below 150kbps. so i complaint to customer care, after few days problem was fixed. again after ten days again same problem, so i complaint to customer care, no response from them , so i sent mail to Nodal officer, they said some network problem. one week , nothing as been done. so i complaint to Appeilate authority (chennai) on may 31st. after six days one person came to my house he checked, he said coverage problem. still no action was taken. last month my free usage 1 Gb was gone because of this , last month i request them to carry forward the data, they said it will only for post paid customer,not for prepaid customer. now i send more than 5 mails , there was no reply from them, they are saying it will take some time…what about my free usage ?, i paid for three months 9Gb( RS.799 – Recharge ). I already using internet by my phone (aircel – Gprs speed 100kbps) i bought Reliance only for 3.1 Mbps speed to download. im in Cinema field. from purchase im facing problem in netconnect im totally got frausterted because of this, im not able to open even Gmail . they are saying if u r a postpaid customer, we will set booster, we wont do for prepaid customer, u have to wait, my point is my free usage ? last month one Gb gone. one of the Rep. told atleast it take one or two month. customer care is very poor, there was no reply for my last five mails. please Help Me
