i have purchase my mobile on 03/03/2013 on 30/06/2013 i found a crack over panel and on 01/07/2013 i go to Samsung service station but they told me that we had never see this type of damage we don’t do any thing for you and you have to contact customer care ,on the same day customer care told me that you should deposit your phone in service station and in service station they have already talked after 2 days they replied to me this is physical damage and not covered in warranty and after talking to their exucative company ready to pay 50%of the whole amount which is 6130/- but i said why should i pay the 50% then company had no answered to me
