Issue : Customer support engineer visited my home and after diagnosis he suggested us to order switch membrane
and took advance of Rs.500/- (receipt as attached with this e-mail) and then samsung executive Mahendra rathod called me and informed me that part is not available and product can not be repaired – I requested in writing but he denied the same
after escalation to their management team on website – Sameer Jain from Customer experience team
M – no : 9582174000 called me and informed me that they will issue me some refund towards “depreciation amount”
as they are unable to provide support for a product which is old (not sure how many years)
however he suggested me to provide snapshot of product and after few minutes he called me again that he can
not provide any refund towards the same AND BLUNTLY TOLD ME TO DO WHATEVER REQUIRED
Please help me in getting support of this product or replacement of the same
