AIRTEL ALIVE NET CUG 375

Hello,

I have an Airtel CUG 199 plan active on my number.

On 5th September, I requested to change my billing plan to Airtel Alive Net CUG 375 which has 1GB of 3G data free. This was done via email. I received a reply that said the new plan will be active starting from the midnight of 6th September.

The next day, the plan was still not activated. I called up 121, and they said that the requests usually take a max of 24 hours, so I should check after 24 hours of making the request. I promptly waited till the end of 6th September. The plan was still not activated.

On 7th, again I called up 121, the representative told me he will take up my matter to his senior. I havent received any response in lieu of that yet.

Meanwhile, I replied to the same email conversation twice on two different days. They have not replied to the mails even once after the first reply from them on 5th Sept.

Today, again I called up 121, after 15 mins of being online, I was told by the representative that he will connect my call to his senior. I was put on hold for another 5 mins, and the call ended abruptly saying all the representatives are busy.

I have explained by problem to 4 different representatives on 4 different occasions within the last 4 days.
Calls to 121 are of no hope.

Please help in resolving this. Today is 9th September. It has already been 4 days since I requested to have the data pack enabled on my number. It is very inconvenient to keep calling them up in vain hoping for the plan to get activated.
