i buyed a samsung microwave CE117ADV-B on 22nd oct 2010. I was told that the samsung company person will visit my home and give a demo.till date he is still coming. if this is what you call customer service, then i m sorry to say that this is most disgusting. henceforth i have to think 2/3 times bfore buying any samsung product.
