Can’t receive acknowledgement of HP Gift Voucher

Sir,
I purchase HP mini laptop. on 3 Nov 2010.
Company give Titan voucher on that purchase.
for that I send a mail [email protected] with purchase invoice & Bar coded product serial number sticker.
Company assure us to give acknowledgment within 2 days.

I send mail on 12 nov 2010.
But can’t acknowledge by the comapny yet. there is a delay of 6 days.

I also purchase a HP printer Deskjet 1000. Company said to conduct a HP REWARDS draw on 15 nov 2010. But i am unable to see its result.

What should i do?

Should i complaint about it in consumer forum.
