I have received a call form HO of samsung (Noida). He assured me 80% discount on the bill amount. But now to my surprise here the local service centre guy tells that they don’t have any information form HO. I am unable to call the person who assured me 80% discount and unable to recollect his name. My TV is out of order since 1 month. So please expedite the matter..
