I Purchased Philips Steam Iron – GC1621 from online site www.timtara.com on 13th march 2012(Order ID 10214284),after one month timtara cancelled order because of unavailability of product and they promised that refund will be done in few days but even after continuous followup and written complaint i have not received my money back.
