Name of company/service: SAMSUNG TV.
MY SAMSUNG LED TV GONE OUT OF ORDER ON 27-JUN-12 AT 10:00 pm. SO I WAS UNABLE TO COMPLAIN ON THAT DATE. SO I COMPLAINED IT ON 28-jun-12 to the seller. Now they logged in complain with login number 8443809000, dt:- 29-jun-12. And now service support team is saying that it would cost me Rs. 5100. This is not fair. Kindly get this thing fixed under warranty ASAP. and take necessary actions.
