BILL FOR NO USAGE OF INTERNET

Dear Sir,

I had been using the Airtel Internet Broad Band connection for year and in the month of Jan 2012 had shifted my house from a rental house inspite of regular information of shifting the airtel connection or cancelling the connection they have charged me four month due. Kindly do help me to sort this out.
