i bought a Samsung LED TV 32 UA32ES6200 from lotus electronics bhopal on 12/02/13 when i check at home tv didn�t had a screw ,i complaint on customer care engineer visit my home but he didn�t had same screw ,, after few days an light is coming from LED corner than i complaint on 18/04/13 & till now i complaint so many times But no one is visiting , every time when i call they close last complaint ,, i talked to Mr samim khan & bharti on customer care ,, here are my complaints no 8448138210 , 8223066641, 4154213355, my last complaint no on 24/06/2013 is 4154213355 & today is 04/07/2013 till yet no one visiting… never buy Samsung products, their after sale service worst ..
