DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I have purchased nokia lumia 720 on 16th of june the very second day onward problems started creating ,
1. people on call cant listen properly.
2. hang and nokia displayed on screen no function worked after that.
3. volume key stop functioning even on 0/30 i can hear music.
4. vibrates like a small spring and that to for 2 seconds only.
5. camara stoped working.

i have visited 4 times in 15 days to nokia care they people just resets and gives it back and says that such problems are by default and u just have to switch off or reset or hardreset it whwnever u face problems and says not to download any applications and not even use whatsup as it affects the hardware, i told them that its clear sign of harware problem but they says that in lumia model is software doesnot function well then it affects ur hardware also so never download any thing just use it as a phone.

but still i face new problems every 3 days and are not willing to exchange it they say that all such problems are by default which is in every model. if so why such company is marketing such model which are defective and many consumer also knows about it, but nokia just want to stay in market and sticks such stuff at high price and that too defective. i just want to replace it with new and geniun product were atleast it will function normally.

plz c that they replace it as soon as possible. as i have faced many problems and wasted much cash visiting and reseting everytime it gets stuck and all my clients gets irretate when they cant hear me on fone.
