Samir M Shah of Steelite is fraud and Willful defaulter

I am IT vendor and supplying computer on rent, my company name is Nirmaan Computer Systems and This complaint is regarding M/s Steelite Engineering Ltd. Located at Fort, Mumbai.

Steelite has taken some IT material in the year 2013 from us and never paid us. Since over 2 years they are making excuse and not making payments. Let me inform the world that Steelite group is fraud company and never deal with them without advance money. This company has money but they are willful defaulter, that means they have money but its company policy only not to pay people.

I have filed complaint in police under IPC 415 against Samir M Shah, Nikhil M Shah and Mahendra P Shah of Steelite Engineering Ltd in M R Road Police Station in Mumbai since February 2015. Awaiting for court trial.

Never work with this people, they are lier, fraud and defaulters. And specially never give anything without 100% advance received or consider that your payment is gone. One of my Friend suggested to post here so that entire world knows that they are willful defaulter and there is case going on them.
