Disconnection of account.

I have called the customer care and have sent the email to disconnect my account as am leaving the city and don’t want the connection. I have seen on internet how Tikona generally doesn’t terminates the connection and later bills the customer for using the service which they never use.
I have not received any confirmation from them yet, but I am posting it today only so that they can’t charge me later as I have proof of my disconnection request now.
they gave me this – online request number is 1-3502821360.
so please kindly remove the connection and take your wires from here.
I will not pay anything extra at all.

    instead of disconnecting these people have sent me the bill for next month.
