I have bought an AC one week ago and had requested the delivery of the same today 28/05/2015 as we both husband wife are working couple. Took requested off from office for the delivery however the salesperson/store manager/register city office is not assisting. Store is denying that they cannot provide any information and saying ” do whatever you want to ” I am a professional for the last 11 years in the customer service and ITES industry and being in Quality Assurance I know how a customer’s issue should be treated hence looking for assistance. Khosla Electrinics, Garia is not providing customers it rights of service.
