late and incomplete delivery with humiliating response

I have ordered a htc one m9 dot cover from amazon india on10may whose delivery date was 16-21may..payment was done via credit card..
Till 22may i didnt recieved my order.when i contactd their customer care they were also not able to track the order tracking details.. in23 may after so much hassle they promised a delivery with in 3 working days… On 27may i recieved my order.. when i opened it i recieved just a cover..neither speaker nor stand..and i ordred and paid for full combo…even the bill that they attached with my order clearly says that packetcontain 3 items bt i recieve just one piece..when i try to contact amazon people there was no reaponse…please put this application in consumer harrasment.. waiting for poaitive reply..
