Sale letter pending and cheated with model

1. I have purpurchased a car elite i20 magna diesel vintage No MALBM51RLEM053148 from Crest Hyundai jammu on 15th of Jan 2015 and sales executive asked that the car is 2015 model but I came to know when it was my ist service that it I a actually 2014 model
2. Company is still refusing to give sale letter and even not responding
