Complaint regarding new connection

On 2nd April I had applied for new connection then airtel person contacted me and told me about plan then again another airtel person contact me and told me about another plan, and she told me a “corporate plan” there benefit was 800 local and std minutes and 200 local and nation sms, but my company was not listed for corporate plan, I had told that thing but she told me that there is no any issue you just pay 350 Rs. for this plan and I will be activated this plan on your number, then I was agreed for that plan and she told tomorrow our airtel person will come and you will give just your id proof. On next day airtel person came and I gave him my documents. Now my request is I have already serve 26 days but I haven’t receive any call from airtel regarding my number and that person who gave me this plan she is not attending my call. On April 8 I called her that time she told me within 2 and 3 day you will get a call from airtel then your number will be activated and but I didn’t receive any response, I had 18 – 20 time called her on 13 April, but she is not picking my call, then on 16 April she attend my call and I told her all problem then she told me that for again port, then I requested to port pin and I received and send to airtel sale lady on 16th April, but again already 12 days passed but I didn’t receive any response on my request, that lady again not picking my call and today her phone number is going switched off, then I contacted to document’s boy senior person but he is not picking my call and disconnected my call, I really disappointed form airtel service, and I don’t want to go in Airtel circle, please help me how can I get back my money and complaint against that lady. I really frusted from all that kinds of known sense. I am just mentioning details
