my land line no is 0261-2270696, i have regret to inform you that i have complain so many time but they are not responding me,my land line is not working since after diwali, in this time in my family had death .they are trying to trace me but due to bad service as well laziness i have lost one life.may i know who is responsible for the same.
i have paid them for one year service money in advance. here i have lost one life as well my money
May i know who is responsible for this.
please provide me the resolution as soon as possible.
