Name of company/service: UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD.
Since submission on 30th March 2012 of my claim intimation along with all necessary supporting documents for the above policy against cataract operation, a period of 90 days has already been expired.
In-spite-of providing all information to your office in time, no communication has so far been received by me from United India Insurance Company either by letter, email or sms.
Is this an example of depriving me from my right to information and handling the matter of settlement of claim with utter negligence as well.
