RS. 5/DAY BALANCE DEDUCTION AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE COSTUMER CARE

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: NASHIK&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: AIRCEL</p>4 DAYS AGO, I RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM AIRCEL THAT A SERVICE CALLED “STORE 1” HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER, AND WOULD CHARGE RS. 5/DAY. I THEN TRIED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE TO DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE. BUT MY CALL WAS’NT RECIEVED. I HOLDED THE CALL FOR 15 MINS BUT INVAIN. FROM THAT DAY 5 RUPEES IS BEEN DEDUCTED DAILY AND WHEN I TRY TO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ARE’NT RECIEVING MY CALL. I TRIED 198 AND 121 BUT BOTH SERVICES ARE’NT RESPONDING. PLEASE HELP ME.
