Rs 5499 deducted from Credit Card

Name of company/service: Dining Plus, Delhi

On 8th July-2012, they have made call and speak bla…bla ….bla… and offer 20% discount on all products and ask all credit card information and cut the payment of Rs. 5499. When i call to customer care and said how should i get my money back? they said it is not refunded. What should i do?
