HELLO,

Complaint for delivering a FAULTY and USED handset

This is Charmi Shah from Vadodara. I am writing today for informing you regarding the problem in ma handset.

I had bough BB 9380- Full touch as on 1st July 2012 from JASMINE MOBILEs, Vadodara, and Gujarat. On 13th July 2012, I noticed some kind of hardware problem (some kind of noise coming in key lock). like something is broken from

I immediately submitted my mobile at Redignton, Vadodara. They kept the phone for 4 days and after that on 17th July 2012, I got a rejected DOA from them, saying that my phone was already activated before the Date of Purchase. This Cleary means that JASMINE MOBILES and BB Authority are selling used mobiles, which is not at all done. I have paid Rs. 15600 for the same and this is absolutely not done.

Please find attached the bill as well as the Redignton service letter.

Therefore please look into the matter as soon as possible and if at all you have provided us with the faulty handset, I will put this issue on air and take legal actions against the same.

    Respected sir/ madam,

    I have bought the blackberry 9810 torch on the 31-mar-2012 by the rajde telecom (authorize retailer), opp arya samaj temple, lal takri, bhuj – kutch. 370001.
    Amit Rajde- 98256 77789.

    My problem is the body color(White) of mobile remove automatically without any hindrance by me. so i talked with blackberry customer care, i called him my problem as above. i requested to him that you replace my mobile which three month old only. he said that what would he do. They don’t give answer with any satisfaction and cut the call.
