Rs. 12000 for 12MB usage

When going abroad I called the customer representative of vodafone and asked him to start an international roaming plan. Representative didn’t not provide the information about the international internet charges and activated the plan which was of no use to me.

As soon as i start the internet there i got a message of outstanding bill of 4000 Rs. And i knew tha is because of international internet charges. After that i turn off my mobile data and came to delhi. However this was the bill of June. I dont know why it was added in the month of June when i travelled in the month og July

I turned on my mobile data again to book a cab. However it was not working but still o got charged 6000 Rs again for the international internet charges.

When i called to vodafone to claim that it’s a fraud, I didn’t get any response from them. Several mails were sent to [email protected] and [email protected]

It’s been 2 months almost i am stuck with this and no resolution was provided whenever i call them they say they will call me back. However i don’t receive any call from them.

Several tickets were opened and closed without my consent. However issue remains the same.

The last ticket which was opened is 196606974.

I would request you please look into this issue as i am facing a lot of issues because of this as this is the number which is updated everywhere.

I have even tweet about this but still i didn’t get any proper response from them.
