Saw a online add, buy Sony Xperia @ Rs.699 for first 100 members through Royaleshop. Paid the bills online on 14th Feb,14. But till now did n’t receive the mobile phone. Even the customer care number given in website, no one picks up. Mailed them also. But in vein.
Please suggest me what steps to be taken now.
