Rohtak Defence CSD canteen running without any rule and regulation

Rohtak Defence CSD canteen running without any rule and regulation. As a defence person i can access any CSD canteen using smart card but Rohtak CSD canteen Official not providing liquor to other district person. Lots of corruption done in liquor. Please solve problem of all ex serviceman.
