Against rust free warranty for 10 years

I have purchased Godrej refrigerator in 2014
It says 10 years rust free warranty.
Rust in door when i complaint to coustomer care they said service engineer charges after one year
When i refused to pay in warranty period is 10 years.
They closed my complaints.
It is right
They make foolish to people against 10 years rust free warranty.??
