Rhysetta Suitcase Repair

I purchased a Rhysetta 78 inch suitcase from Ratna Stores, T Nagar, Chennai in August,2011 with 3 years warranty. The handle of the trolley become unusable. Rhysetta showroom manager at Express Mall, Chennai 2 told me that the handle could not be fixed and promised to replace the piece. They have taken from me the defective piece. I have been Reminding them several times but in vain. The manufacturer/ distributor of Rhysetta Suitcase may be asked to return my piece after rectifying defect with further delay.
