Booked Order Not Refunded Which is Cancelled by ME

I have Booked a Cell Phone Through WWW.TIMTARA.com , Which they are not able to deliver at time and when i cancelled my ORDER from this site but the Money is not Refunded to me until NOW.
Its been about TWO Months from date of cancelling my Order and still no action is taken by company.
I hugely dissappointed and want to know that i can take some action against them i have my order no. 10290760 and a conversation regarding the refunding of money.
