ICICI charges for each redemption of rewards earned by doing transaction with your money in bank account or through points earned via credit card transactions. You must know that ICICI earns millions with people money, loans and credit cards but they are so cheap to charge for even the reward program. One should also think about boycotting such credit cards or reward programmes.
