On 31st of Dec 2017, I become a paid member for sending customized messages to members . I have found that your paid service has the following problem: Deficiency in services
Though the membership has not expired, I’m unable to send messages due to restriction applied on their website and hence, I’m at a loss and not able to communicate with members.
