I am a civil contractor In the NECL company and i have working the contractual work from last Feb-2010,But after Aug-2010 labour wages have been grownup,Till date it will be near about 40/percent, but company has not enhanced any rate till date.Time to time we have inform the company to rate revision company authority Mr.R.L.Srinivas, Mr.Tirupati and Mr.Balram has been said me that we have seat and see the matter, you do the work But till date he has not settled the rate and now They were transferred from koderma Only Mr Balram is here.when we say to Mr.Balram he said me a hot talk.So kindly see the matter and kindly finalized the matter.in this case my measurement book has been already misplaced by the company authority.
In this connection my worker has already doing the work for his revision of the rate and time to time they were strike for the revised payment.
