Dear sir,i am an psu employee(ntpc ltd) posted at ORISSA.several times i ve intimated the following points,but the promoter is unwilling to give the satisfactory answer in written.
1)ground floor occupant should have grilled verandah because there is no brick wall partition in living room, only aluminium frame and glass partition,which causes unsecured stay of my old parents.
2)Three inch partition wall provided in my flat which is against earthquake preventive measure and against cpwd norms.promoter intimated that it is followed in kolkata municipality thats why we have also followed in RENAINSANS PROJECT.
3)Shrachi shown in drawing a green lawn in front of verandah but they did not follow the drawing.
4) in general terms and condition they ve not mentioned about external development charge. now at the time of possession they are claiming.it is included in super built up cost/square feet.
5)i ve put up all this points to satabdi rakshit(kolkata office), lopamudra ghosh(kolkata office),bipradas mukherjee(bardhaman office), dipanjan roy(kolkata office)but my all efforts have been ignored.

    I am also a customer of Shrachi Burdwan Developer. I know those people that you mentioned in your text. Its super crazy to deal with those people if they have made mistake.

    Seems they are not serious with their work , your email will not reply promptly. I have send a query letter a week back but not a single mail from their side. They have charged me more than Rs-25,000/- extra interest which is totally unacceptable.

    Not only that they have lost my Allotment letter a yr back and now they are asking me to prove that I have sent them where as their office keeper told last yr on record that they have received it.

    They project is good but its the people who are working with the project are making it a mess.
    Please talk all written documents while dealing with these people.
