Return Request not Entertained

The company named “TCNS Clothing Company Pvt. Ltd.” runs their clothing brand as “W for Woman” via Online store and outlets.

I had bought 2 Kurtas from the official website of the company on 5th June 2016 vide order no. WW-0008885 and paid the amount via Net Banking. The order was delivered but out of 2 one Kurta was torn in the front side. The company has 15 days return policy and the return process as per their website is to send email to [email protected] for Return Request. I sent them email on 9th June but got auto reply that we will be in touch with you in 24 Hours. But i never got any reply untill June 16th.

I sent another email and again same auto reply. So I called their customer service number +91- 8800698168 which was not answered. I did repeated attempt but no answer. I, then sent an SMS to this number but no reply. Again I dialed the number on 18th June during day time on Saturday but no answer and after that I got SMS “Thanks for calling us. Our working hours are 10am to 6pm 5 Days a week. We will reply you soon.” But as per their website their working hours 6 days a week.

I have sent many messages to the number that If i do not get any reply from you then I am going to post negative reviews all around the Internet but they didnt try to contact me.

Their intention is to pass 15 Days and then will contact me and say ” We return product within 15 Days only so sorry we cant do anything now”.

So friends, This sounds a cheater company and Please never never buy any item from this website www . wforwoman .com and never ever buy any item of this Brand from any online website or their stores.
