I had taken an autoloan bearing no. KABNBWTW00732 from Hinduja Leyland Finance, Rajajinagar Branch. Though I gave ECS forms on three ocassions, there was technical problem at their end and the ECS was not happening correctly. After several complaints the problem was resolved. As this was affecting my cibil score because of which I was not able to get any personal loans or credit card, I had personally visited them to discuss the matter and close the loan. The balance amount confirmed by them was paid in January 2016 itself, after which also they have not closed my autoloan. I again spoke to them three weeks back and after explaining the entire matter again, they confirmed that they will be closing the loan very shortly and NOC will be ready. Now I am trying to reach them but they are not reachable.
