Return pick up not done and hence refund not processed

I have ordered ladies bag from Amazon and since I was not happy with the product. I request for return …and they approved the same but after several follow ups didn’t received any pick up for the product and my money got wasted. Really frustrated with Amazon service.. this is the 2nd time it happened.
