I want replacement with the correct product that I ordered.
I ordered (order no. 1004701519, suborder no. 140667813 ) a product on HomeShop18 webiste on October 31st (Product Code: 33002713 – Oleva Women’s Cotton Bra & Panty Set – Pink). The item is a set of slip and bra, of which I ordered 3 sets. What I received on November 4th was 1 bra (color blue black) and 1 slip (color white with polka dots). When I called up 18001031818, after painstakingly explaining to the person on phone, I was told that I will get a refund. At that time, I was not told how much is going to be refunded. Later I receive a coupon code for one-third the amount that I paid. That is when I understood that 2 pieces were contrued as 2 set of pieces.
But the bigger thing is that I never wanted cancellation/refund of this order as this was part of an order which would stand me eligible for a gift hamper on purchase of products worth Rs. 4490 or more.
Now, due to the silliness of CCE, I am stuck with an item which I do not want and I am going to lose on the hamper too.
For the last many months HomeShop18 is not delivering up to the mark, and mostly has delivered products which I have had to ask for replacement or refund. They also keep replaying the old videos announcing gifts and hampers when in reality the date and time has been elapsed for the offer.
One very important thing that I want to share on this platform is that whenever I have submitted negative feedback on any product, they have not displayed it on their website.
