Return of security Amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Hemant Mishra. I was using vodafone prepaid number 9899768646.
I visited vodafone store in south ex. and had given a request to migrate my number into postpaid on 02-apr-2012 (CAf no. 83590080)
have deposited 250 rs. as a security amount. even after 1 month my number didnt migrated into postpaid.
So i went there and given a request again but no response, i visited again but this time i asked for request cancellation and return of my security amount.
they gave me a request number 241445724 and told me u will receive a cheque within 60 days.
After 60 days i visited again and ask for my money they gave me another request no. 2259622916 and said u will receive your cheque in 7 days.
its august now and i keep on asking for my money.
each and every time i have to pay for transportation.
I am tired of all this. they are not listening for 250 i already paid more then 300 rs in transportation.
Last time i visited there store in July 17 and still no progress.
Please help me out, its a kind of exploitation for a consumer.
