i m rahul jain ,i have a Vodafone no (9711787755) using from last 7 years,on 30th July 2014 midnight 11:56pm one activation sms received from Vodafone that “u have activate 125/ 2g pack for 500mb”,but i didn’t activate any 2g pack but for this recharge my previous balance of 40gb 3g data is erased ,when i call to customer care of Vodafone 198 than (arun) the says dealer (vikas 9899557622) recharge u 2g pack of 125/ that’s y ur previous data is erased ,when i call to dealer than he says i m by mistakenly do this .
now nobody is helping me its 10000/ rs data .plz help me for that.
