Hi Team,
Please help is getting back my account Rs.4964.40/- from spicejet. I had booked my ticket in Spice jet with PNR: XZNKXR on 19May2013, I booked over phone, my amount got deducted from my credit card and due to some techincal problem spicejet couldn’t confirm my ticket. To get my acount back thier customer care person had logged a complaint with complaint number: 250890. Its being more than 10 days now. when i call they even not responding properly, they have been very rude. Please help me in resolving this issue. Spice jet service is getting very worst.
