I ordered for a product on 5th may, when I received d product and paid money, d product was not there. I mailed and called snapdeal many a times but they said I will get d product in a day or two but after almost a month has passed.i got a call that I will receive it on 30th may but when I called on 31st may they said I wil have to return a freebie I got instead of d product. This harrasment continued as they sent a message stating I will get it on 31st may. I called snapdeal again n the representative said , it can not be delivered. I wasted enough money on making calls n mailing n now no product. Please take a concrete step and help me
