Not responding against of my complaint.

Hi,

I am a customer of Dish TV for last 1 year and above. I have registered a complaint for re-installation on 1st july, 2014 at 8:30 pm with complaint number 176348809. Customer service told me that the re-installation should be done by 2nd July 2014.
(After calling several times to the customer care).
The re-installation has not done yet. I have called several times to the customer service.I talked with their representative, team lead and managers. Every time they promised me new time when their engineer will come and install the dish. but IT’S going to over 72 hours and re-installation is still pending.

I want to register a complaint against DIST TV service as cheat and fraud organization as they kept promising a new time to service the product but they never do their services.

I want to re-install the service as soon as possible and also a compensation for being late.

    Thanks for re-installation of my dish and now I have no problem with dish TV Customer support services. If I get that service within 24 hours then I was very grateful to you.
