Delivery of demage Roti Maker

I had placed an order for a electric Roti Maker from Naptol after seeing a TV add on 20/6/2014 over phone vide order no 9569072 and the product was delivered to me on 26/6/2014.I had paid a sum of Rs. 2898/- for the product. But when I checked the product it was found damage and immediately I had lodged an complaint over phone. My call was answered by their executive Ms. Vaishali Jain. She told me that their technical team will contact me within 24 hrs but I didn’t get any response from them. Next again another complaint was made vide no. 6448150 dtd. 27/6/14. This complaint was taken by their executive Mr. Nabi. He assured me that within 48 hrs their technical team will contact me. Again no response from their end.
On 30/6/2014 again I called Naptol. This Mr Saurav picked up the phone and apologized and assured me that their technical service team will surely contact me and resolved the case within 24 hrs. He has provided a new complaint no 6468383 But once again no response.
On 1/7/14 again I had contacted them this time their executive refused to tell me his name and also not provided any complaint no. But he too assured me that their technical team will contact me within 24hrs or Naptol will refund my my money. Once Again no reaponse.

On 2/7/14 again i called them but the story was repeated.

Now I fed up with such an irresponsible response from Naptol and I am feeling being cheated in this transaction. Hence I am approaching you forum and requesting you to resolve the issue As soon as possible.
